By accessing or using the Finalty Fleet platform, mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Finalty Fleet provides a technology-enabled B2B platform for fleet fuel management. Services include vendor wallet top-up via payment gateway, fuel coupon issuance to drivers, driver and vendor management, prepaid card credit services powered by IServeU, and related analytics tools. The payment gateway is used exclusively by vendors to recharge their coupon wallet — drivers do not make payments on the platform.
Finalty Fleet strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary downtime without prior notice.
Finalty Fleet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without liability. Users will be notified of significant changes where reasonably practicable.
The payment gateway on Finalty Fleet is used exclusively by registered vendors to recharge their fuel coupon wallet. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorised payment partner, Paytm (One97 Communications Ltd).
The minimum wallet recharge amount is ₹500. There is no maximum limit for a single recharge transaction, subject to payment gateway and RBI guidelines.
All payment transactions are final once confirmed. Vendors are responsible for verifying the recharge amount before confirming payment. Finalty Fleet is not liable for errors in the amount entered by the vendor.
Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways including Paytm. Finalty Fleet does not store full payment card details. We are not liable for errors, delays, or failures arising from third-party payment processor issues.
All applicable taxes including GST shall be levied as per prevailing Indian tax laws. The vendor is responsible for any tax liability arising from transactions conducted on the platform. GST invoices will be issued for all taxable transactions upon request.
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but the wallet is not credited, the amount will be automatically reversed to the source account within 5–7 working days. For unresolved failed transactions, contact support@finalty.in within 48 hours.
Wallet top-up amounts are generally non-refundable once credited to the vendor wallet and coupons have been issued to drivers. Refund requests for unused wallet balance must be raised within 7 working days of the recharge date by contacting support@finalty.in.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source. Refunds to bank accounts may take an additional 3–5 working days depending on the bank. Finalty Fleet will notify the vendor via registered email once the refund is initiated.
Fuel coupons once issued to a driver cannot be cancelled after the driver has initiated redemption. Unissued or unredeemed coupons may be cancelled by the vendor from the dashboard, and the equivalent amount will be credited back to the vendor's wallet within 24 hours.
To raise a refund request, email support@finalty.in with your registered vendor email, transaction ID, recharge date, and reason for refund. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 working hours.
Fuel coupons are issued by authorised vendors through the Finalty platform using their recharged wallet balance. Coupon values are set by the vendor at the time of issuance. Finalty Fleet acts as a technology facilitator.
Drivers redeem fuel coupons through the approved WhatsApp-based channel provided by the platform. Upon successful redemption, the coupon value is credited to the driver's Finalty Prepaid Card (powered by IServeU) within 30 minutes. In case of delay beyond 2 hours, drivers may contact support.
Fuel coupons carry an expiry date set by the issuing vendor, minimum 24 hours from date of issuance. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed and are non-refundable. Finalty Fleet is not liable for any loss arising from coupon expiry.
Drivers may earn automatic cashback on eligible fuel transactions as per the prevailing cashback scheme. Cashback is credited to the driver's Finalty Prepaid Card and is subject to applicable terms and scheme availability.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep their account details updated. Finalty Fleet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@finalty.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Finalty Fintech Private Limited. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Finalty Fleet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Finalty Fleet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finalty Fleet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Finalty Fleet shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party service outages.
Any disputes related to transactions, coupon credits, or wallet balances must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting support@finalty.in with the transaction ID, date, amount, and a description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge the dispute within 24 working hours.
Finalty Fleet aims to resolve all disputes within 7 working days of acknowledgement. Complex disputes involving third-party payment processors or IServeU may take up to 15 working days. The user will be kept informed of the status via email.
If a dispute remains unresolved after 15 working days, the user may escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@finalty.in. The Grievance Officer will respond within 7 working days of escalation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If disputes cannot be resolved through the above process, they may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@finalty.in. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of wallet balance that has already been used to issue coupons. Unused wallet balance refund requests will be processed as per our Refund Policy (Section 04).
Finalty Fleet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law or payment gateway partners.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination.
Finalty Fleet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 7 days prior to taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
