By accessing or using the Finalty Fleet platform, mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Finalty Fleet provides a technology-enabled platform for fleet fuel management, including fuel coupon issuance, driver and vendor management, prepaid card credit services, and related analytics tools.
Finalty Fleet strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary downtime without prior notice.
Finalty Fleet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without liability. Users will be notified of significant changes where reasonably practicable.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep their account details updated. Finalty Fleet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Fuel coupons are issued by authorized vendors through the Platform. Finalty Fleet acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the accuracy or fulfillment of vendor-issued coupons beyond platform processing.
Coupons may only be redeemed through the approved channels provided by the Platform. Unauthorized redemption methods will render the coupon void and may result in account suspension.
Upon successful coupon redemption, the equivalent value is credited to the driver's Finalty Prepaid Card. Credits are subject to card issuance terms governed by IServeU and applicable RBI regulations.
Fuel coupons may carry an expiry date set by the issuing vendor. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed. Finalty Fleet is not liable for any loss arising from coupon expiry.
All transactions processed through the Platform are final unless disputed within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation.
Payments on the Platform are processed by authorized third-party payment gateways. Finalty Fleet does not store full payment card details and is not liable for errors arising from third-party processors.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from their use of the Platform. Finalty Fleet may collect GST or other statutory levies as required under Indian law.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Finalty Fintech Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Finalty Fleet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Finalty Fleet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finalty Fleet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Finalty Fleet shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party service outages.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any outstanding coupon balances unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
Finalty Fleet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Finalty Fleet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
