Finalty Fleet is a technology-enabled fleet management platform that facilitates vehicle registration, driver management, vendor coordination, fuel tracking, coupon management, and related operational services for businesses and individuals managing commercial or private vehicle fleets.
Finalty Fleet is committed to protecting user privacy in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and all other applicable Indian data protection laws and regulations.
Any queries, feedback, or support requests submitted by Users through the Platform may be collected and stored for resolution and quality improvement purposes.
Finalty Fleet may collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar Card numbers and PAN Card numbers. Such data is collected only when voluntarily provided by the User and only for the purpose of identity verification as permitted under applicable law.
By providing sensitive personal data on the Platform, you explicitly consent to its collection, storage, and use as described in this Policy. You may choose not to provide such information; however, certain features may not be available as a result.
Sensitive personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Finalty Fleet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform. Such providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use data only for specified purposes.
We may disclose personal data to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Finalty Fleet, its users, or the public.

Driver, vehicle, and vendor data may be shared among authorized administrators and operators within the Platform for the purpose of fleet management and operational coordination.

Users may control or disable cookies through their browser or device settings. Disabling cookies may impact the functionality of certain Platform features.
Finalty Fleet reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform following any updates to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
All fuel coupon transactions processed through the Finalty Fleet platform are final and non-refundable once redeemed. Credits applied to a Finalty Prepaid Card cannot be reversed after successful processing.
If a coupon was incorrectly issued or credited due to a technical error on our platform, Users must report the issue within 48 hours of the transaction. Finalty Fleet will investigate and, if the error is confirmed, initiate a reversal or correction within 7 working days.
For disputes regarding coupon values, incorrect credits, or unauthorized transactions, Users may raise a complaint through the official support channel. All disputes are subject to review and the decision of Finalty Fleet shall be final.
Refunds or reversals of vendor-issued coupons are subject to the vendor's own terms and the contractual agreement between the vendor and Finalty Fleet. Finalty Fleet acts only as a platform facilitator and is not liable for vendor-side disputes.
All refund or return requests must be submitted through the official support channels available on the Platform. Requests made via unofficial channels will not be entertained.
